Copy Campaign to other workspaces:

In the older version of our CMS it was already possible to copy campaigns to other workspaces. This function is usually used by customers where the end-user wants to decide whether to publish directly or decide to change the media inside the campaign first.

Even when media weren’t shared, the campaign could be copied what resulted in a lot of double media and files. To avoid this, but keep the functionality, we have made the following changes:

• Campaigns can only be copied when they contain shared media
• Shared media can be edited and saved in the own workspace
• It is possible to directly edit media though the Campaign Overview and edits will be automatically linked to the campaign.

These changes will be explained in more detail in this document.
