In this FAQ we’ll explain how you connect Gauddi CMS with an Instagram or Twitter account or you can watch our video.
You will need to authenticate a valid Instagram or Twitter account to feed social media content on to your screen. You will not be able to create a social media template without the authentication.
Go to Library and click on Feeds. To connect to a Twitter account you will click new. You can now choose Instagram or Twitter account.
Fill in your own Instagram or Twitter account credentials and then choose the Authorize app.
You will now automatically return to Gauddi and click on update status.
You are now connected to a valid Instagram or Twitter account. To display Instagram or Twitter content on your screen, you can use the Instagram or Twitter template of your choice.
Go to Library, click on Media and new from template. Search for the Instagram or Twitter template and click OK. Give the media a name and connect with your Instagram account. Choose a background and top color and select your account. Finally add a background image and click Save. You can now use the social media template (Instagram or Twitter) in a campaign.
